Roller Shades
Abington’s roller shades serve many purposes but focus mainly on glare and UV protection. Materials vary depending on the amount of privacy and blockage of light you prefer. Each of our roller shades are mounted on a steel or aluminum tube and are controlled by your choice of a spring loaded, a chain, or hand crank operating mechanism. Roller shades are also available on a motorized system with a remote control or switch.
Our Blackout collection provides 100% blockage of light.
Our sheerweave collection provided by Phifer and 3G Mermet, controls glare and allows some visibility and daytime privacy.
Our cotton translucent shades use a vinyl coated translucent material used to control heat, filter light and allow daytime and nighttime privacy. They provide 100% UV blockage.
Mylar transparent shades are made with a transparent film to control glare, fading and heat while allowing maximum outward visibility and daytime privacy.
